The RHA Roof Hatch features an 11 gauge cover and curb with a 20 gauge cover liner. In addition, it also features a draft seal gasket fashioned inside the cap to assure a tight fit. Come rain or snow; this access door will keep your building nice and dry. The weight of its cover won’t be an issue for you as gas springs allow you to operate the RHA with only one hand.?

If you need to close up shop for the day, this access door is self-latching, so you won’t have to fuss around with latches while you focus on keeping your balance. Its stainless steel lock can be operated from the inside and outside. You’re not waiting for your partner to open the hatch for you.
