The Panasonic ClimaPure XZ Series CS-XZ9AKUAW is a wall-mounted indoor unit designed for efficient ductless heating and cooling applications. It is part of the ClimaPure XZ9AKUA single-zone mini-split system and pairs with the CU-XZ9AKUAC outdoor unit. The system combines zoned temperature control with Panasonic's improved nanoe™ X air and surface purification technology for enhanced indoor comfort.

The CS-XZ9AKUAW delivers a rated cooling capacity of 8,700 BTU/h and a rated heating capacity of 10,900 BTU/h, with inverter-driven operation for efficient temperature control. It supports cold-climate heating operation down to -15°F (-26°C) and uses R32 refrigerant. Built-in Wi-Fi, Comfort Cloud app compatibility, AI ECO operation, a wireless remote control, fireplace function, and a base pan heater provide additional convenience and functionality.

The indoor unit can also be used for multi-zone installations when paired with compatible Panasonic outdoor equipment.
