I.C. Blue Lotion is a non-contaminating, static dissipative moisturizing hand lotion designed for ESD-controlled and clean manufacturing areas where residue-transfer risk matters. It absorbs quickly, feels non-greasy, and is commonly used as a pre-glove moisturizer to help reduce dryness, “skin flaking,” and irritation from frequent glove use — without degrading latex gloves.
