TX1067 TechniSat is low-linting (no wiper is truly ‘zero-lint’ in every process condition) and purpose-built to standardize routine solvent wipe-downs in controlled environments. It pairs a hydro-entangled nonwoven substrate (55% cellulose / 45% polyester) with a 70% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) / 30% deionized water pre-wet system filtered to 0.2 µm, helping reduce operator-to-operator variability that can come with manual wetting, squirt bottles, and open solvent containers.
