TX708A CleanFoam is a low-linting (no swab is truly ‘zero-lint’ in every process condition), closed-cell, circular-head cleanroom swab engineered for controlled solvent application, residue removal, and localized cleaning on curved, radiused, and irregular surfaces. It is constructed from high-quality 100 PPI polyurethane CleanFoam® on a long, easy-grip polypropylene handle, with a thermal bond at the head/handle interface to eliminate adhesive contamination risk. Cleanroom processing and controlled packaging help maintain low typical levels of non-volatile residue (NVR) and ions, while lot coding supports traceability and consistent receiving/QA workflows.
