Texwipe TX715 Alpha Sampling Swab is a low-linting (no swab is truly ‘zero-lint’ in every process condition), precision-manufactured cleanroom swab engineered for cleaning validation and residue-sensitive surface sampling using HPLC with UV-Vis detection. The double-layer, double-knit knitted Alpha® polyester head is further processed to help reduce UV background interference near ~230 nm, supporting improved limits of detection in method development and routine validation sampling. A rigid, 100% polypropylene handle with a notched, break-away feature allows the swab head to be transferred into a vial with minimal handling—supporting clean technique, repeatability, and audit-defensible sampling workflows.
