Texwipe TX730 is a specialty, non-sterile precision nylon cleanroom swab and detail-cleaning tool engineered for confined geometries where standard foam or polyester swabs can bridge over the feature, over-wet the area, or leave residual solvent in a recess. Its 0.9 mm bundled-nylon filament tip forms a mini brush for controlled, localized contact—supporting capillary solvent pickup, pinpoint application of solvents/adhesives/lubricants, gentle removal of stubborn stuck-on contaminants, and wick-back of excess solvent from grooves, tracks, slots, corners, edges, and narrow channels. The bundled filaments are mechanically crimped into a 100% polypropylene handle to reduce the risk of adhesive-related contamination and to support lot-coded traceability for contamination-control programs.
