Product Description

Texwipe TX754B is a mini Alpha® polyester knit cleanroom swab engineered for precision spot cleaning in grooves, tracks, slots, seams, and other small wipe points where wipes cannot maintain stable contact. The double-layer knitted polyester head is built for low-linting performance (no swab is truly ‘zero-lint’ in every process condition), controlled absorbency, and strong solvent compatibility for critical cleaning steps. TX754B uses complete thermal bond construction (no adhesive) to reduce bond-line contamination variables during solvent work (including IPA), is cleanroom manufactured for low background residues and ions (typical values are method-dependent), and is lot coded for traceability and quality control. Packaging is designed to support contamination-control workflows with a silicone-free and amide-free bag, plus inner-bag segmentation to help reduce unnecessary exposure at the bench.
