Texwipe TX761K Low TOC Alpha® Sampling Swab is a low-linting (no swab is truly ‘zero-lint’ in every process condition), precision-manufactured cleanroom swab engineered for Total Organic Carbon (TOC) cleaning validation surface sampling where the sampling device itself must contribute minimal background carbon. TX761K is made from the cleanest 100% polyester knit materials and is further cleaned using a proprietary process to support certified low TOC performance (<50 µg/L, <50 ppb) so blank subtraction stays stable under tight limits. A notched, break-away polypropylene handle allows the swab head to be placed into a vial with minimal handling—supporting repeatability, contamination control, and audit-defensible chain-of-custody practices. The long handle is purpose-built for recessed features, narrow ledges, corners, gaskets, valve bodies, ports, and other hard-to-sample geometries where rinse sampling can underrepresent soil and where technique variability can dominate the result.
