Texwipe TX802 is a general-purpose, small flat paddle polyester honeycomb cleanroom swab designed for hearty pickup, controlled placement, and localized removal of thicker soils in less critical areas. The 100% polyester honeycomb head is thermally bonded (no adhesive) to a polypropylene handle to reduce a common contamination variable associated with low-control applicators. The honeycomb cell structure is engineered to maximize absorbency and capture of larger particles, dirt, and viscous films (think greases, inks, flux residues, paints, and heavy solutions) while maintaining a compact paddle geometry for confined spaces. Like any swab, “low-linting” performance is process-dependent (no swab is truly “zero-lint” in every condition), so best results come from correct wetness control, short strokes, and frequent tip rotation.
