Bosch Therm C1210ES Tankless Water HeaterThe Bosch Therm C 1210 ES Condensing tankless water heater is the highest performance, fully condensing gas tankless water heater from Bosch. This 225,000 BTU heater is designed for residential applications and can deliver hot water up to 140 degrees F with a 12.1 GPM flow rate.Unlike traditional non-condensing models, condensing technology captures heat from the exhaust gas and uses it to preheat the incoming cold water.

This increases efficiency and reduces emissions -- well ahead of the 2012 Low NOX emissions standards set by SCAQMD (California -- South Coast Air Quality Management District).This heater features an electronic ignition system and can vent through either 3 inch or 4 inch diameter PVC vent pipe either through the side wall or up through the roof. A concentric venting option is available.

This heater comes with built-in freeze protection and a water filter that is externally accessible, but does not come with a PRV.The Bosch Therm High Temperature Kit cannot be used with this heater.The Bosch Therm C1210 ES is the direct replacement for the Bosch GWH C 920 ES.
