Additional Features:
The Bosch 8716117524 low voltage appliance harness is the internal wiring loom that ties a boiler's control board to the sensors, switches, and control devices distributed around the appliance, carrying the signalling and control current those parts use to communicate rather than the mains supply to heavy loads. It arrives fully assembled and terminated, with each branch cut to a set length and finished in its own keyed connector, from the wide board header with color-marked pin positions down to the smaller white, orange, and black plugs at the branch ends, so every leg seats in only one socket and the circuits cannot be crossed during fitting. Individually colored conductors, retaining clips spaced along the bundle, a rubber grommet, and a molded elbow sleeve hold the run in its intended path inside the casing, allowing a technician to replace aged or damaged wiring in a compatible boiler by unplugging the old loom and dropping this one into the same route.
