The Beckett AquaSmart Model 7610B is an advanced microprocessor boiler control that manages burner sequencing, circulator operation, and water temperature limits in oil-fired hydronic HVAC systems, taking 120 Vac at 50/60 Hz line input and supplying a 24 Vac thermostat circuit for compatible boiler and heating equipment. It functions as a direct replacement for conventional Aquastat relay controls, mounting to the boiler through the splined immersion well collar on its base and secured with keyhole slots for straightforward retrofit work. A wide backlit display window is set into the hinged front cover, allowing a technician to read supply water temperature, operating status, and stored diagnostic history at a glance without opening the enclosure or cutting power, while the same cover swings clear for wiring access during setup. Externally reachable Tw and Tr thermostat terminals, a service COM port, and a factory-terminated color-coded harness with pre-crimped leads keep installation and troubleshooting time short.
