Jones Stephens - C02151 Trust Jones Stephens’ white toilet bolt caps with brass break-off bolts to attach your toilet to the floor flange. The ¼” x 2 ¼” break-off bolts come with retainers to hold the bolts in place during toilet installation, and the included white caps screw onto those bolts for a positive lock-down. Plastic bushing goes over the bolt and attaches to the cap for an aesthetically pleasing look and a positive hold. No putty or caulk are needed, making installation simple.
