The KBP-LHP Series sets the industry standard for versatile, multi-wattage unit heaters with enhanced visual control. Built on the trusted legacy of the original KBP, the KBP-LHP delivers smarter design, improved controls, and easier installation—now featuring a factory-installed high/low heat switch and pilot lights for power indication and safety limit status.
Engineered for rugged performance, the flow-through design efficiently circulates air by drawing it in from the rear of the heater and discharging it out the front, delivering fast, even heat to large spaces. Constructed with high-quality components, the KBP-LHP Series is well suited for both residential and commercial applications.
All models include a built-in thermostat with an easy-connect terminal block for simple field conversion to a remote line-voltage thermostat. The versatile High-Low switch allows users to quickly choose between maximum heat for fast warm up and lower heat for steady, energy efficient comfort.
The integral fan delay continues to dissipate residual heat from the elements during the cool-down period, maximizing heat transfer and overall efficiency. King’s exclusive dual Pic-A-Watt® steel fin elements provide multiple wattage options, allowing precise customization to meet the heating requirements of virtually any space – now with clear visual confirmation of operation and safety status.
