The KBSH is a stainless steel high-temperature unit heater designed for harsh environments and engineered to elevate unoccupied room temperatures up to 160°F. Features a remote temperature control panel that gets mounted outside of the heated space and a temperature probe that mounts next to the heater. Designed for Process Equipment Rooms Laboratories.
Built with rugged 20-gauge type 304 stainless steel and stainless steel elements, this heater was specifically designed for harsh environments, including dirty, dusty or corrosive areas requiring periodic washing or hose-down. Ideal for industrial settings, food processing plants and other facilities where maintaining high temperatures is paramount. The N.E.M.A. 4 wiring compartment is sealed making it water tight.
The remote temperature control panel includes advanced thermostatic controls to ensure precise and consistent heating and mounts outside the heated space which protects the electronics and mechanical components from extreme temperatures and potential damage ensuring reliable performance and extends the heater’s service life. This strategic design choice helps maintain optimal functionality and minimizes the need for frequent maintenance or replacements.
