Product Description
Levtech - LSP-ALS The LSP-ALS is a limit switch with 3 relays that switches a relay when the analog input signal of the device reaches the configured value. Can be used as a fan coil control relay (FCRY).
What do we mean by an analog level switch? When the input signal reaches a pre-set threshold, the relays on the outputs switch on and off accordingly. This analog limit switch works with the standard 0-10V on its input. It controls the 3 relays on its output independently. You can set 3 different values for the 3 relays where you want to activate each of them. The relays are in a normal open (NO) state – when they reach the given setpoint, they close the connected circuit. For a safer operation, you can set a „hysteresis” and an „on-state window”. It is usually used for fan speed controlling, boilers, chillers, or heating systems. In addition, there is an ADC filter, which helps filter out noise in the power line. You can set up this analog switch using its RS232 TTL level (3V) serial communication. The module is powered with 24V.
How to set the desired limits? Our device lets us set 3 different limits using a USB to SERIAL RS232 (TTL) converter. You also need a computer or a laptop and a Putty software installed. You can download it from HERE. By navigating in its simple menu, you can set the setpoints, hysteresis, and on-state window. We have another alternative product that is similar to this. Our Limit Value Switch (LSP-LVS). It has only 2 relays on its output, but easier to configure using its user-friendly web interface.
