Genuine Mercury 21 inch High Speed Harpoon Cushioned Pad Driver with Riser and 92 Clutch Plate

The High Speed Harpoon Cushioned Pad Driver has a double row, with “Velcro style” hooks that hold every type and thickness pad. This pad has the same features as the standard Harpoon Pad Driver but adds a .50 inch thick foam between the driver block and the harpoon sheet. Use this pad driver on 300-1000 RPM machines. Molded with a 1.50 inch riser for extra height clearance. The Clutch Plate attaches to the brush block to the machine. It has a 92 durable plastic plate with a standard 5 inch center hole which is able to fit a wide variety of machines.
