Rectorseal - 55948 Arctic 616L is a clear polyvinyl chloride (PVC) solvent cement for joining PVC pipe socket-type fittings formulated for top solvent welding penetration in low temperature conditions. Max VOC per SCAQMD 1168/316A or BAAQMD method 40: 510 g//l.

- NOTE: Arctic 616L will dry below 40°F but all solvents evaporate slower at low temperatures. Use the PVC joint cure schedule for cold weather in ASTM D 2855 as a guideline for application below 40°F. Take extreme care on all joints made below 10°F
