Robertshaw 275-3426-00 275 Thermostats

The Robertshaw 275 Series Electric Gas Thermostats were designed for use in conventional ovens in combination with the ignition system. Their compact design fits even in confined areas. Each of these thermostats is a highly reliable temperature control with a long operating life.

The switch uses a patented push-to-turn function to activate the range valve or close the switch contacts. Turning on the thermostat activates the silicon carbide ignition bar. When this block reaches the correct temperature, it opens the gas valve and ignites the gas. Shaft rotation is counterclockwise to increase temperature and there is a detent on the frame to provide a positive off.
