Robertshaw 5100 Series Electric Thermostats 5110-052

The 5110 Series thermostat is direct acting DPST for A.C. operation and cycles open on temperature rise. This series differs from the 5000 as it also has an auxiliary SPST oven-temperature cut-out switch. This cut-out switch is normally closed. It will open one side of the circuit when dialed temperature is exceeded by 15° when bulb is in liquid, and 30° when bulb is in air. Once it is tripped, the over temperature cut-out remains open until reset manually. U.L. file number E12103.
