Smead SMD68260 The U-Clip fastener features a unique design that allows folders to function like ring binders. The flexible fastener works in a way that allows pages to lie flat for easy viewing or photocopying. The heavy-duty plastic tubing will bend as you fold back papers so adding and removing pages doesn&'t mean removing and replacing any of the other pages. Each fastener includes everything you need to hold up to 2" of paper. Self-adhesive base attaches to any folder.
