Ansell BioClean™ MTA210-1 is a sterile, tie-on, flat-fold cleanroom face mask designed to reduce operator-derived droplet and particle shedding in critical environments. Per the manufacturer technical data sheet, it is processed in a NEBB-certified ISO Class 4 cleanroom and sterilized by gamma irradiation (minimum dose 25 kGy) to a sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10-6. The mask uses cleanroom-compatible materials with ultrasonically sealed edges, a fully enclosed malleable noseband, and tie tapes for secure fastening.
