Micronova NovaHol™ is a ready-to-use, low-ionic cleanroom surfactant cleaner with added isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to accelerate dry time on common controlled-environment surfaces. Micronova positions NovaHol for fast, residue-conscious cleaning on glass, acrylic, vinyl curtains/softwalls, stainless steel, and other cleanroom surfaces where streaking, film build-up, and mobile ions can undermine visual cleanliness and process control. NovaHol is filtered to 0.1 micron and is intended for use in ISO 5 to ISO 9 controlled environments.
