TX42P Vertex is a low-linting (no wiper is truly ‘zero-lint’ in every process condition) pre-wetted, high-sorption cleanroom wiper designed for repeatable solvent wipe-downs on larger surfaces. It uses a 100% continuous-filament polyester knit with a laser-style sealed edge, then pairs that substrate with a controlled pre-wet solution—0.2 µm filtered, USP-grade 70% IPA / 30% DI water—to help stabilize wetness, reduce operator variability, and minimize edge-driven shedding during critical cleaning, spill pickup, and solution application.
