Texwipe TX700B is a high-sorbency foam-covered cotton bud cleanroom swab engineered for solvent cleaning, pickup, and reach in recessed areas where a flat, small-format swab cannot hold enough liquid or maintain stable contact. The head combines a cotton core with a seamless open-cell polyurethane foam cover (100 ppi) to improve absorption capacity and provide cushioned contact on many surfaces when pressure is controlled. A long hardwood handle adds reach and heat tolerance for maintenance, setup work, and controlled utility cleaning steps. In real use, TX700B behaves like a solvent “sponge”: it is optimized for uptake and carry-away performance, not for the lowest possible extractables. It is also best described as low-linting in practice (no swab is truly ‘lint-free’ in every process condition), especially when used with disciplined stroke technique and early change-outs.
