Texwipe TX705 is a high-absorbency, wrapped cotton cleanroom swab built for controlled surface cleaning, targeted solvent use, and environmental/surface sampling where a long handle improves reach and reduces incidental gloved-hand contact with the work zone. The swab head is constructed from 100% USP-grade cotton and is securely bonded to a hardwood handle using a water-based adhesive. TX705 is frequently selected for wiping recessed features, cleaning with common solvents such as IPA or acetone (process-dependent compatibility), picking up fine powders, and applying/removing lubricants and ointments. It is a dry, non-sterile swab supplied in high-volume packaging for repeatable, high-throughput work.
