Texwipe TX707A CleanFoam is a low-linting (no swab is truly ‘zero-lint’ in every process condition), closed-cell polyurethane foam cleanroom swab engineered for controlled solvent handling, broad contact on small flats, and precise cleaning of intersecting surfaces, joints, and recessed features. Constructed from high-quality 100 PPI polyurethane foam with complete thermal bond construction (no adhesives), TX707A is cleanroom processed for low nonvolatile residues (NVRs) and ions, manufactured to consistent tolerances using high-precision automated processes, lot coded for traceability, and packaged in a silicone-free and amide-free bag. The long, easy-grip polypropylene handle supports stable technique for optics, microelectronics, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and other critical clean environments where repeatability matters.
