TX8488 TechniSat is a low-linting (no wiper is truly ‘zero-lint’ in every process condition), pre-wetted, hydroentangled nonwoven wiper engineered for general cleaning and wiping in controlled environments. The substrate blends 55% cellulose and 45% polyester for absorbency and strength, and each wipe is pre-wetted with 0.2 µm filtered 6% IPA / 94% DIW to provide repeatable wetness and predictable VOC handling without on-site mixing or squirt-bottle variability.
