Removable bolt-on steel top cap with socket set-screw. Place chain into chain slots, storing any excess chain inside the bollard, and place cap back onto bollard. The chain slots hold chain connected to other bollards. Base plate includes pre-drilled bollard. Heavy duty welded steel construction. Powder coat safety yellow finish.
